• feat(chatbot): wire AssistantPanel to Claude Haiku via local chat server - sdk/src/chat-server.ts: Node.js HTTP server that proxies the dashboard chat UI to Claude 3.5 Haiku (max_tokens: 300 to conserve credits). System prompt includes live wallet context (balance, caps, agent list, recent rejections). Reads ANTHROPIC_API_KEY from root .env. - sdk/package.json: add "chat" script (npx tsx src/chat-server.ts) - app/dashboard.jsx: AssistantPanel send() is now async — calls http://localhost:3001/api/chat, shows "thinking…" loading state, auto-scrolls to latest message, suggested actions pre-fill input box.
